First Source Hiring Referral Program (FSHRP) Jobseeker Registration
Thank you for your interest in the First Source Hiring Referral Program (FSHRP).
The intent of this website is to provide a place for the job-seeker community to
submit information for potential employment consideration. The information that
is provided will be made available to the successful Bidder awarded a Miami-Dade
County contract who may require your skill set. Please be advised
that the information you provide is not an application for employment and does not
guarantee job placement or follow up interview for this project. Furthermore, potential
employment opportunities are based on the sequencing of the work throughout the
project's duration.
The First Source Ordinance is a job creation and economic development model that
will enable SFWIB and partner agencies to assist Miami-Dade County residents find
employment. This initiative seeks to ensure Miami Dade County residents have the
first opportunity for employment consideration from businesses, who receive a contract
with Miami-Dade County (MDC). Residents interested in being considered for employment
by businesses with job openings may complete a FSHRP questionnaire below. Registrants
will be forwarded to businesses with openings for which they qualify.

follow- up interview.
In order for South Florida Workforce to better serve you in your employment search,
the completion of the registration process is needed. The registration will allow
South Florida Workforce to capture information regarding your employment history,
skill set, and job matching for potential employment on various CWP projects,as
well as, other potential employment opportunities that may be available throughout
the County.

Employ Florida Marketplace at this time you may complete the process at a later
